And in 19 States/UT, it is more than 95%. Conclusion - FULFILLED ✅ Promise 2 - 100% Households with LPG  As per 2019-21 NFHS Survey , it was found that only 56.2 % of the population used LPG/PNG  as primary cooking fuel. GOOD GOVERNANCE Promise 1 - Availability of Bank Services within 5kms  Today more than 99% of villages have a bank branch, banking outlet, or Banking Mitra within 5kms. WOMEN AND INCLUSIVE DEVELOPMENT   Promise 1 - Social Security Coverage for unorganized Labourers Comprehensive social security coverage has been achieved for all unorganized labourers. Conclusion - FULFILLED ✅ Promise 2 - Increment of Female workforce participation rate  The participation of women in the workforce increased to 37% in 2022-23 from 23% in 2017-18. The government is giving priority to women in policy-making and leadership roles as well. HEALTH Promise 1 - Establishment of 1.5 Lakh health and wellness Centers under Ayushman Bharat  Till date about 1.7 Lakh centers are operational across the nation providing free essential medications and diagnostic services. Conclusion - FULFILLED ✅ Promise 2 - Poshan Abhiyaan Objective was to reduce malnutrition, anaemia, low birth weight and stunting. Anganwadi centers has been established but out of 14 Lakh centers currently 11 Lakh have functional toilets and 12.2 Lakh have drinking water. GOING ON TO THE NEXT SECTOR  4. AGRICULTURE  Promise 1 - Warehouse Network  Today, India can store only 53% of our total foodgrain production which is quite less compared to 130% in other countries. Conclusion - NOT FULFILLED ❌ Promise 2 - Digital Land Records  Till January 2024 about 94% of digitization have been done and it is estimated to be completed by end of March 2024. LET'S GO ON TO THE NEXT SECTOR  3. INFRASTRUCTURE Promise 1 - Constructing 60,000 Kms of Highways In last 9 times , 50,000 Kms of highways have been constructed. The pace of construction has more than doubled to 28 Km per day. Conclusion - FULFILLED ✅ Promise 2 - Electric Railway Tracks As of March 2023, about 90% of our broad gauge network of Indian Railways has been electrified. ECONOMY Promise 1 - KEY INDICATORS(GDP , Inflation) Although BJP has 1.1% less GDP growth rate , they have managed to keep inflation below 5.1% instead of 8.1% in UPA's period. Also India is now 5th on world GDP ranking which was 10th in 2014. Conclusion - FULFILLED✅ Promise 2 - Low Fiscal Deficit  Under NDA rule , we have seen both the Worst and the Best Fiscal Deficit ratio. It might be higher due to COVID and Russia-Ukraine war. Conclusion - NOT FULFILLED ❌ Promise 3 - FDI  Under NDA rule , we have received more than $500 Bn  in FDI( as of 2022) which is 65% more than what we received  during UPA's 10-year rule. A comprehensive analysis of ' BJP's Claims' and whether they were fulfilled or not. To identify their claims referral is from their official 'Sankalp Patrika' released in 2019 . THIS IS A SERIES WHERE MULTIPLE SECTORS WOULD BE DISCUSSED 1. SECURITY  Promise 1 - Zero Tolerance to Terrorism  Between 2004 and 2013 , there were 9321 terror attacks where 47% of terrorists escaped. But from 2014 to 2023 there were just 2132 attacks which are 77% less also only 20-30% terrorists escaped.
